# James Howson counselling and psychotherapy

> My name is James and I provide counselling and psychotherapy services in person in Bath or online from anywhere in the UK. I work with clients to allow them to feel seen and heard, to help them understand their feelings and to work towards a better quality of life. 

I'm a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist, in my fourth year of a MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute in London.
